1. How can I track my order?
When you will book your order with us, you will receive an email from us in which we will provide you with a tracking link. You must check your mailbox and make sure to add “biofactor.com.pk” to your email address book. With the link that you will get through our mail, you can track your order as well. For more information about your orders and tracking, you can call us as well.
2. How does our order verification process work?
When you will book your order with us, you will get an auto-generated SMS from our company in which there will be an authentication link. You will have to open it by clicking on the link which will take you to verify your order. If you get the link that will not be clickable or will not be working, you can call our customer care number or can send us an email containing this information that is available on our website
3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies of BioFactor?
All products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided the packing has not been opened. If you are dissatisfied with a product after opening the packing, please call on our customer care number for more assistance. Below are the options for returning your products.
Option 1
You can send us back the purchased products directly to our office, you can get the mailing address from our website where you will get all the necessary information regarding our official address. When you will return the products and we will receive them, we will contact you to send you your amount through your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
Option 2
You can tell us to take the order from your given order for return, our partner courier will pick it up from your given address. When we will receive your products, we will only deduct Rs.150 from your order amount and return the remaining amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
If you are not sure about whether your product is tempered or not, please make it sure to keep the original product and product packaging if it would be possible for you. You will also get the information regarding how you can send us back the products that you want to return.
4. How do I return BioFactor products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased BioFactor products online from another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refunds.
If you purchased BioFactor products from one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
